For skaters who have progressed beyond foundational skills and are ready to train with purpose, Developmental Academy provides the structure, expertise, and guidance needed to take the next serious step in their skating journey.
At this stage, athletes begin to focus their training toward a specific discipline within figure skating — freestyle, pairs, ice dance, or synchronized skating — based on their abilities, interests, and long-term goals.
The program fully integrates with U.S. Figure Skating’s testing and competitive structure and introduces advanced concepts including:

Participation in all of our Academies is determined through individual tryouts to ensure the best fit for every athlete's level and goals.
