General Rules

Eligibility: Participation is limited to registered skaters who have completed Basic Skills at a certified Learn to Skate program (or possess equivalent skating ability) and received rink approval. Beginner, public session, and hockey skaters are not permitted unless specifically approved by rink management.

Etiquette: Skaters running programs with music have right of way at all times. All skaters are expected to maintain full awareness of their surroundings while on the ice. Jump setups must remain in motion and should not create unnecessary obstruction. Skaters must always look before entering or crossing the ice surface. Skaters must avoid obstructing traffic flor or high-use training areas.

Music: Music must be submitted in accordance with rink procedures. Only one skater's music may be played at a time. misuse or abuse of the music system may result in loss of music privileges. Music containing explicit, discriminatory, or inappropriate content may be prohibited. The use of phones, headphones, earbuds, or other electronic devices while skating is prohibited unless specifically approved by rink management.

Safety & Conduct: Standing still in high traffic areas and sitting or lying on the ice is not permitted. All instructions from coaches and rink staff must be followed immediately. NOKI Inc. reserves the right to remove any participant creating an unsafe or disruptive environment. Reckless skating, horseplay, or any other unsafe conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the session. Harassment, abusive behavior, bullying, intimidation, or other disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the facility.

Attire & Equipment: Proper skating attire is required at all times. Only figure skates are permitted unless prior approval has been grated for hockey skates. Hair must be secured, gloves are recommended. All equipment must be safe, properly maintained, and in good working condition. NOKI Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment or personal property.

Parents & Spectators: Parents and spectators must remain off the ice and outside of designated training areas. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the facility. Coaching, instructing, signaling, or directing skaters from the sidelines is not permitted. photography and video recording may not interfere with training, safety, or rink operations.

Session Limits: NOKI Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of skaters on the ice, divide by skill level, or modify session structures as needed for safety and rink operations. Skaters must exit the ice promptly at the conclusion of each session.

Combined Sessions
Combined Freestyle-Dance sessions are designated training times for figure skaters to practice freestyle and ice dance skills, programs, and lessons in a safe, respectful, and organized environment. All skaters, coaches, and parents must adhere to the following policy:

Risk & Safety
By participating in rink sessions, skaters and guardians acknowledge the inherent risks associated with figure skating, including falls, collisions, equipment failure, and the risk of bodily injury or death. Participants assume full responsibility for personal safety and conduct at all times. NOKI Inc. reserves the right to remove any participant who violates rink rules, creates an unsafe environment, disrupts the skating experience for others, or for any other reason.
By purchasing ice time or entering the ice surface, the skater and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) acknowledge and agree to comply with all posted rules and assume full responsibility for the inherent risks associated with ice skating.
